Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Brand Knights at brandknights.in. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Brand Knights provides digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Pay-Per-Click Advertising, Content Creation, Website Development, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, Analytics & Reporting, and Competitor Analysis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in each signed Service Agreement or Proposal.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments beyond 15 days may result in service suspension. All applicable taxes including GST are payable by the Client in addition to quoted fees.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees due, Brand Knights assigns to the Client all ownership rights in work product specifically created for the Client. Brand Knights retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Brand Knights.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold in confidence any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. Brand Knights will not share Client data with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to deliver the agreed services.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and approvals. The Client warrants that all materials provided to Brand Knights are owned by the Client or properly licensed for use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brand Knights total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. Brand Knights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Brand Knights does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search ranking positions, lead volumes, or conversion rates.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. The Client is liable for all fees earned up to the termination date. Retainer fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless Brand Knights is in material breach.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Amendments
Brand Knights reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
